- Unfortunately, not all seafood is produced responsibly. We follow the recommendations of the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program, in combination with eco-certifications, to ensure that we are making choices to promote the importance of healthy oceans and doing our part in protecting endangered animals.

- As members of the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), we make every effort to mitigate the environmental and social impacts associated with palm oil production. We are constantly reviewing our purchases of palm oil inclusion and sourcing, and advocating the importance of this in our industry.

- We celebrate the things that make each one of us different, and work to support our local community and their businesses. Diversity-ownership of vendors in our industry is important to us, and we strive to engage and partner with them in our operations.
